In addition, the firm is frequently called upon to represent businesses and individuals in a diverse range of banking matters, including asset-backed and unsecured commercial loans and senior and mezzanine financial creditor transactions.

The firm also represents financial institutions and economic development organizations providing government-assisted and sponsored financing.
