Severance And Employment Agreements For A Senior Executive

Many of Rick Steiner Fell & Benowitz's clients have come back to us again and again for assistance in employment related matters. We recently represented a Division President of a public company in his severance deal. We had previously represented this executive in employment and buyout agreements with Robert Benowitz leading the team.

We were able to negotiate a severance arrangement which included substantially more benefits than were stipulated in our client's employment agreement, including additional cash compensation, medical benefits, and out-placement services.
