Jacob Steiner has nearly 30 years of experience representing clients in banking and real estate matters. His practice concentrates on structuring secured and commercial loans, as well as all aspects of real estate transactions, including the development and negotiation of financing and loan agreements, as well as loan workouts.
Mr. Steiner’s clients include large and small financial institutions, public and private corporations, developers and investors, such as owners of user-occupied properties, commercial landlords and tenants, and family-owned, closely-held and middle-market businesses.
Mr. Steiner obtained his J.D. from Fordham University school of Law in 1980 and his LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1985.
