Named “Attorney of the Year” for Real Estate Transactions

November 17, 2004 – New York - Rick Steiner Fell & Benowtiz, llp (RSF&B) today announced that Jake Steiner, Esq. has been named Attorney of the Year by the Long Island Development Corporation at its Seventh Annual Awards Breakfast. This year’s Awards Breakfast honors 13 business and government leaders who have made significant contributions to Long Island’s Economic Development.

Mr. Steiner heads RSF&B’s real estate practice and the firm’s work focuses on real estate financing, leasing and purchasing of commercial and residential properties, partnership offerings, restructuring and workouts. Mr. Steiner works closely with Long Island banks, government agencies and developers to get deals completed for manufacturing and service companies located on Long Island.

Mr. Steiner is a resident of Woodmere Long Island where he lives with his wife and three children.
