REAL ESTATE MARKETPLACE
The law firm of Rick, Steiner, Fell & Benowitz has renewed and expanded it's lease in the Financial District where it has operated for more than 30 years. The seven-attorney firm signed a lease for 10,000 square feet at 90 Broad Street, and will occupy the entire 10th floor.
Partners Jacob Steiner and Robert J. Benowitz represented the firm in the lease negotiations.
Midge J. Nutman of counsel Gursky & Partners, represented Pan Am Equities, the agent for building owner Whitehall Properties.
Rick Steiner specializes in serving small and middle-market businesses, physicians, medical groups, and not-for-profit and charitable organizations. The practice includes banking and finance, institutional lending education, real estate and general corporate law and litigation.
90 Broad Street has an interesting background. Originally built in 1886 as an eight story structure, it was refaced and expanded 100 years later to include 18 stories.
Michael Gottlieb of Grubb and Ellis acted as broker for Rick Steiner. Gregory Scott with Cushman and Wakefield acted on behalf of the landlord.
