As part of its real estate practice, the firm advises developers, landlords and commercial tenants regarding commercial leases, construction agreements, performance bonds, and subordination agreements, as well as a full range of related landlord/tenant matters.

The firm's extensive experience with, and knowledge of the banking community is often called upon when representing real estate clients in their borrowings and workouts not only with banks, but also with a variety of financial institutions and government agencies.
